Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, order value, and selected shipping method.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
5. Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
6. Delays
Prado Wolf LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
